Rooms

The villa is 3,643 square meters of which 1000 m2 is indoors. There are 3 main blocks, the master, main and guest. The indoors consist of;

• A master suite,

• 3 main suites,

• Guesthouse with 2 suites, one on each floor,

• Master living room,

• Dining room,

• Master kitchen and

• Family room.

The villa also includes two 2 bedroom units for employee living quarters as well as a 600 m2 storage area that can be repurposed as a living area. Not pictured indoor areas include showers at the tennis court level and a kitchenette at the lake level.

The master suite

The master suite covers the top floor of the master block. It has a kitchenette, shower, jacuzzi, desk and a viewing balcony.

The main suites

Making up the top floor of the main block, each of the 3 suites has it’s own bathroom and there is a shared kitchenette area.

The Guest Suites

The guest block has a guest suite on each floor. Each suite has it’s own bathroom and kitchenette.

The Master living room

The master living room hosts an oil painted 1450’s Istanbul on the wall.

The dining room

The dining room is overseen by a recreation of Fatih Sultan Mehmet’s portrait by Bellini.

The Master kitchen

Equipped with Miele appliances throughout, the master kitchen’s oil-painted cabinets display snippets of Ottoman history.

The Family room

The family living room has 3 bathrooms, laundry room, freezer, ice maker, wine storage, gym with Bose surround sound and a seating area next to a sauna.
